Our homemade recipe for your curious palates. Sun-dried tomatoes from Puglia and preserved in our extra virgin olive oil to give an extraordinary taste and quality. With addition of bay leaves, garlic and capers.

We also produce a spicy version, with our special chili pepper.

Home made, naturally sun-dried tomatoes from Puglia, preserved in our extra virgin olive oil, with addition of bay leaves, garlic and capers in variable proportion. 240 g net jar, vacuum sealed to keep them fresh until opening. Preservative-free and colouring-free. After opening keep in the fridge and tomatoes dipped in oil. Food pairing: excellent as an aperitif with pecorino cheese, salads or pasta. Wines pairing: Prosecco, red wines.
