CHILI PEPPER

Dried crushed hot peppers from Sicily. It's not too aggressive and does not alter the taste of food. It's ideal for flavouring all kinds of dishes, and also for a more lively aperitif. Try it on fresh pecorino cheese or as an ingredient for a superlative "Spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino"!

We use this peperoncino also to season our extra virgin olive oil!
