The artisanal wood-roasting technique is a traditional method developed in Trieste during the 18th century that uses only the heat of the combustion of beech wood to gently roast to the heart of each coffee bean.

Different types for different ways of preparing coffee: grain packs (1 kg or 250 g), ground coffee (250 g), Nespresso® or FAP compatible capsules and pods.
